Texas Defensive Driving
This course is provided by the American Safety Council, a TDLR-approved Driver Safety School (#C-2386). The American Safety Council's Texas defensive driving program meets all the requirements under the Texas Education Code, Chapter 1001.
According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), successful completion of an approved defensive driving course will entitle you to a certificate that Texas courts may honor to dismiss a traffic ticket. In addition, some insurance companies will grant you a discount on the liability portion of your automobile insurance for up to three years.
All you need to do is register using our quick registration form and complete the course at your pace. We will process your certificate the day you graduate! Then, once you have your certificate and driving record, you can submit it to your court and/or insurance company for traffic ticket dismissal and, if applicable, an insurance discount for 3 years.
