Colorado Driver Education

Approved by the State of Colorado

The state of Colorado allows 15-year-olds to apply for a driver's permit only after they have completed an approved driver education course. This online course meets that requirement, prepares the student for the written test, and provides all the information they need before they get behind the wheel for the first time.

The student will have 180 days (about 6 months) from the registration date to complete the 30-hour course.

Note: Students must submit their Colorado Pre-Registration code at the start of the course. It may take 1-2 business days to validate your information before you can begin the course.
