With too many test-giving organizations and too many issuers of senior safe driving certificates for me to keep straight, Rhonnett was a cheerful, knowledgeable, patient guide. She stayed with me and told me to contact her again if I needed further help. It's clear your training is very good, but her upbeat helpfulness made our interaction a real pleasure.
EASIER THAN I EXPECTED
I did have some technical issues during the course, but I made it through. I contacted the council via email to get a status on my certificate and got great customer service there.
Overall... while I hope I never have to do this again, it was so much easier and more convenient than having to attend a course. I was able to take my time and stop and start as needed... so it made it easier to complete the test long before the due date. And it's so good to make sure I have no points on my license!

The online help support is awesome. I made a mistake when writing my last name and Britanny updated my information. She also explained that I do not need to buy a certificate because they sent it electronically.
Great customer service
First I will start off by saying, Don't always judge based on negative reviews. I was in panic mode for 4 days because I wasn't sure if i were suppose to see my certificate online or if I had anything other then a congratulations as proof. So I went online and I saw mixed reviews and I panicked., However I emailed them and Baiely helped me and what a joy. He eased my stress by helping me out and was awesome. I took the class on 3/18 and today 3/24 I received my certificate. I am so grateful to Baiely because I needed the class just for a new job, not anything on my licence. I'm writing this review because I want people to know take a chance sometimes, if I went by all the reviews I saw on the Bibb reviews for American safety council right now I would have tried to call my bank to cancel transaction.

Made the course possible
My wife needed to take the online Michigan Basic Driver Instruction Course today. Registration was basic and straightforward, but the course would not load. After a few good-faith efforts, we called the help line. Harold was not only encouraging, but with a few questions he guided us through our advanced Chrome settings to allow Flash presentations. We were on our way in under five minutes. Many thanks and much appreciation for such helpful people.
Advance Defensive Course by American Safety Council
I just completed the advance training provided by the American Safety Council. I have taken several advance defensive courses in the past. This course really impressed on me the costs (personal, social and economic) of vehicle accidents that can be reduced by better driving habits. Hopefully I will continue to use the pointers and ideas that I have learned from this course. But these is my responsibility!

Defensive Driving Course for Geico Insurance Discount
I have taken this course online and with my age of 70 yrs. old, everything in the course including the format, style, fonts and simplicity fits my standards. It's very user's friendly and easy to take and handle. I also want to thank Briauna/Customer Service for sending my certificate online in less a minute after I gave her my informations. I would recommend ASC to any senior(s) who would like to take the course online.

Helped me Quickly
I accidentally entered my crash number instead of my citation number when entering my information in my certificate after finishing the course. I found out at the court house, unfortunately. But I emailed American Safety Council and they sent me a corrected certificate by email (I had already paid for the email version) within 24 hours, so I was able to go back up to the court house the same week.
